Design Problem
Mr. Sheen, a well-established brand, has experienced declining popularity in recent years. The client requested a complete rebranding, including the redesign of their logo and product packaging to rejuvenate the brand.

Solution
As part of a collaborative project, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the target market and Mr. Sheen’s competitors. Our approach focused on creating a modern, eco-friendly brand identity. The new logo features natural colours to reflect a commitment to environmental sustainability. The incorporation of a plus sign symbolises the brand’s evolution toward a more eco-conscious formula, appealing to consumers who prioritise green and sustainable products.

As part of our group project, I focused on the package design for Mr. Sheen’s products, while the logo and research were handled by my teammates. For Mr. Sheen’s flagship product, the Multi-Surface Polisher, I reimagined the packaging design to embody a more natural and modern aesthetic. By incorporating subtle leaf motifs, we convey the company’s commitment to environmental protection.

In addition to the revamped design, we introduced a multi-surface spray accompanied by a refill pack. This innovative bottle is designed for reuse, while the refill pack encourages consumers to return it to the supermarket for refills at a reduced price. This initiative not only promotes eco-friendly practices but also reinforces our message of sustainability, making it easier for consumers to make environmentally conscious choices.
